As your principal, I am thrilled and privileged to be serving you. My educational journey began in 1991, and since then, I have had the opportunity to experience various roles within the education system. From being a classroom teacher to a school board member, instructional coach, and assistant principal, my focus has always been on transforming the lives of young learners.

As a leader, my top priority is to create a positive and safe environment where every stakeholder feels heard, valued, and supported. Building strong relationships is the foundation of my leadership approach, and I am dedicated to exceeding expectations by going above and beyond. Whether it's collaborating with colleagues, uplifting parents and guardians, or empowering students, nothing motivates me more than making a lasting impact in the lives of those I serve.

Every day, my passion for leadership is fueled by an unwavering belief in the power of kindness, positivity, and setting high expectations. Through these values, I strive to create a nurturing and empowering educational experience for all.

My name is Janeice Chambers, and I am honored to serve as an assistant principal at Brookwood Forest Elementary. I strive to be a servant leader who truly believes that education is my purpose and that every child deserves to be seen, valued, and encouraged to reach their fullest potential. I am grateful to be a part of the Brookwood Forest family and look forward to partnering with our students, families, staff, and community.

I believe in treating everyone with kindness, dignity, and respect while building positive relationships that help every child and adult thrive. Children are truly a gift from above, and I believe it is our responsibility to always see the best in each and every child, helping them discover the greatness within themselves.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending quality time with my daughter and granddaughter. I also enjoy walking, staying physically fit, reading, attending live entertainment, and spending time at church. I am excited to serve our Bear family and look forward to making a positive difference in the lives of our students every day.

With over 12 years of experience in education, I am committed to creating a supportive and collaborative environment where both scholars and staff can thrive. My mission is to inspire a love of learning, promote academic excellence, and foster social-emotional well-being, while cultivating a school culture grounded in respect, responsibility, resilience, and excellence. Through innovative strategies tailored to the diverse needs of our community, I strive to ensure that every scholar has the opportunity to grow and succeed.
